Rockford Green is a superb development of 350 2 to 4 bedroom homes completed in January 2003 and located in a pleasant rural setting just two miles from the centre of Hull and one mile from the centre of Sutton. This project was a very successful joint venture between Scrutons and Hull City council and shows what can be achieved when a local authority and a local house builder work together to turn vacant land into a much-needed and attractive housing development.
