2012 WILL BE BUSY!

Bit late, but Happy New Year!

We are all looking forward to a very busy year at Benninga Chase with the new showhome opening at Easter time and, thanks to the very mild winter (for now!), an intense period of construction to prepare our new 3 & 4 detached and semi detached homes for release.

We currently only have 2, three bedroom properties immediately available on our Hedon development, both with terrific views over open countryside and they are very close to completion so if you need a home in a hurry, then please come and visit Louise or Helen on site to view these properties and the other house types that we will be able to offer very soon. Our opening times are Tuesday to Sunday, 11am to 4pm or ring the head office (01482 644200) for more information or for an appointment.

PLOTS SNAPPED UP

Only two plots remain on Phase 1 at Benninga Chase after an incredibly busy August and September, exceeding expectations and confirming that homebuyers didnt want to miss the opportunity to secure a new home in Hedon.

With unrivalled open views to the rear of the properties, great specification and a modern fresh streetscene Scrutons sales representitive Louise Swift doesn't expect the last two to be around for long.

Work is now underway on the next stage of the development which should see the roadway extended and additional foundations dug ready for a start early in the New Year. It seems a bit early to say Happy Xmas just yet though as the team will be busy carefully completing the homes sold.

AUTUMN NEWS

Summers over, (did it ever happen?) and the kids are back to school and although the British weather was dissapointing homebuyers were snapping up plots on the second phase at Benninga Chase in Hedon.

Sales of our new 3 & 4 bedroom homes exceeded our expectations and Louise and Helen only have a few plots remaining. Maybe it's the great views over the farmland or the quality specification or the clean fresh look of the new homes, or maybe its all of these elements, not to mention the modern handless kitchens, that have inspired buyers to make Benninga Chase their home.

Work starts on the next phase 3rd week in September with the new road loop being joined up and a further 14 plots prepared for foundations. This work should take 12 weeks and will give the whole Scruton team and their partners work well into 2013. Information on this next phase will be available early next year.
